Synchronized security, an industry-first solution, connects computers and the firewall to enable unique coordination and visibility. Security Heartbeat™reports Endpoint health status and allows the firewall to immediately identify and respond to a compromised system on the network. The firewall can isolate systems until they can be investigated and cleaned. Another feature of synchronized security, Dynamic App Identification, also allows the firewall to query the endpoint to determine the source of unknown traffic on the network.
Policy templates protect you quickly
Predefined policy templates let you protect common applications such as Microsoft Exchange or SharePoint quickly and easily. Simply select them from a list, provide some basic information and the template takes care of the rest. The template automatically defines all inbound/outbound firewall rules and security settings and displays the final policy in a plain language statement.
