Smart Planner is an operations optimization system, perfectly adaptable to companies that have large production or logistics chains. In short, this solution helps any complex process involving people and/or machines. As part of the service, a pilot is offered, which may be free of charge. During the pilot, the client has the support of an optimization engineer, who will survey the process to be optimized together with the client and will design the mathematical optimization solution (the “model”) on the platform. The pilot generally lasts a month and during that period the solutions generated with SmartPlanner are contrasted against the client's normal operation, comparing quantitatively (savings, quantities) and qualitatively (better client management, processes, etc.) the benefits of the platform. The implementation at the client can be as simple as possible (upload Excel files to the platform) or through integrations with their ERP.
