The CULTURE platform allows you to manage the administration of all the WORKSHOPS, with tracking of registrations for the different activities, vacancies, historical record per person and all types of statistics.

You can also keep the management of LIBRARIES, a database of books and authors, consulted by neighbors with loan management.

Main features:

• Database of neighbors with their DNI number with details of activities in which they have ever registered, their requests, their status and all their communications.
• Activities database. Details of Workshop Requests with request number, date and time, name, age, workshop, edition and decision (waiting list or vacancy granted)
• Each request has all the details of the candidate, course in who registered, edition, decision, course capacity and available vacancies, year of registration, date, person who requested it and free comments.
• Automatic assignment to workshops: The platform provides the possibility of assigning vacancies automatically in order of registration and until the quota of people is completed.
• Registration for workshops and scholarship management: Details of active or inactive registrations, date start and end, status and number of scholarships.
• Communications through email sending of each decision (waiting list, vacancy granted or suspension)
