The cybersecurity platform has been working closely with Licencias OnLine to strengthen its presence throughout Latin America. “In recent years, we have grown significantly in the region, with Licencias OnLine being a key link that has kept us connected with customers,” said Miguel Macedo, Director of Channels and Marketing for Latin America.
“In the last year and a half, we have heavily invested in our Vision One platform, which helps customers gain visibility across their entire technology landscape,” he continued. “It allows them to identify risks and, based on that visibility, calculate business risk and take action to reduce it. That, combined with our XDR, helps customers become more proactive.”
Another update the executive shared is that they are now integrating artificial intelligence into the platform. “So, on one hand, our customer will have the benefits of artificial intelligence to help assess risk and provide practical solutions to minimize it.”
Additionally, Macedo highlighted an important and relevant trend: “The CISOs of our clients are looking for partners who can help them understand the risks, gain visibility into them, and prioritize which ones to focus on first. This is truly something new that very few are offering in the market, and it's a great service that partners can provide. We believe they can take advantage of this opportunity to help clients become more proactive.”
Furthermore, “Trend Micro is offering several tools so that our partners can have a better SOC with fewer resources, since the AI component helps filter incidents, allowing partners to allocate their resources to more important tasks, rather than the initial shock phase, which is more basic.”
This year, in addition to the Vision One platform with risk assessment, the company is launching new artificial intelligence products. “We know that more and more of our customers are using this technology to accelerate their businesses, and we need to protect them. Besides using artificial intelligence to improve our own security, we are launching products to help clients use it while avoiding the growing risks that are emerging.”
